

Wanda Smith is a graduate of both Pensacola Junior College, and the University of West Florida. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Administration (Paralegal Studies). She has been a certified paralegal (CLA) since 1990. She has worked almost exclusively in the area of trial practice involving personal injury and wrongful death, medical malpractice, and products liability. She currently manages the firm’s personal injury section.

Amber Horton has worked her entire professional career within the judicial system. She has experience supervising the probation system in Sylacauga, Alabama, which included a staff of eight. She worked closely with the Judges, their assistants, and other court personnel. Part of her management responsibilities included daily contact with administrators for the city of Sylacauga, Alabama. Ms. Horton’s career also includes experience in the area of trial work as a paralegal participating in the firm’s medical malpractice litigation section. Ms. Horton has overall responsibility for the day to day operation of the firm.
